User Accounts
If you register for an account, OMWD servers will collect and store all information provided.  Any modifications or additions to your account will also be collected and stored by our servers. 

Email
Emailed information will be collected and stored by OMWD servers including but not limited to your email address and name.  All communications and correspondence both to and from OMWD via email will also be collected and stored by OMWD servers.

How OMWD Uses Your Information
All collected and stored information is used solely for the purposes of enhancing your experience while using this website, helping OMWD to better serve you, and will be used by OMWD and its representatives only. We do not sell or give away any information to any third parties without having your authorization.  The exception to this rule is sending credit card processing information to our merchant bank.
We make every effort to protect your right to privacy.

How We Protect Your Information
If sensitive information is being exchanged between your computer and this website server, then OMWD uses SSL encryption to protect the data in transit.  When storing sensitive information OMWD will encrypt all information.  Non sensitive information such as your name or address are not encrypted, however access to all collected and stored information is password protected and access is only granted to OMWD representatives.
 
Credit card information is NOT stored on our systems.  All credit card numbers are sent directly to the merchant banks that process them.  The merchant bank may or may not store your credit card information.  This is a third party that does collect and store information. For concerns or questions about the merchant bank or its policies then please contact OMWD.  Contact information is provided at the bottom of this policy.
 
OMWD servers are checked and updated frequently to ensure minimal security risks are present.  Although there is no such thing as a 100% secure system, we make reasonable efforts to protect our servers from unauthorized access.

Viewing Collected Information or Opting Out
If you wish to view your collected information then please contact OMWD.  Our contact information is provided at the bottom of this policy.  Once you are positively identified, OMWD will supply you with all collected information.  You can then advise OMWD of any corrections necessary, or choose to “opt out” which will require OMWD to remove any collected information on you from OMWD servers.

All policy changes will be published to this Privacy Policy page so be sure to check back occasionally to see if any changes have been made.  When the Privacy Policy is updated we update the date at the top of this page to make it easy for you to know when the last update was made.
