Olivenhain Municipal Water District's Human Resources department provides a full range of services to employees and the public, including employee and labor relations, classification and compensation, recruitment and selection, employee benefit programs, safety and risk management, policy development, and training.

Human Resources employees serve as advisors to all departments, thereby providing information that empowers managers, supervisors and employees to meet OMWD’s strategic goals.
