Improvements have been made to OMWD’s online payment service. Online BillPay is now available to avoid late fees and save time. Customers who have previously made on-line payments, either by ACH online or through their banks, will need to re-enroll to view their account balance, to get access to eBills, make one-time payments or sign up for AutoPay.

Submit your payment by mail or in person at the OMWD offices during working hours (8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.). A drive-up night drop box is available in the parking lot by the flag pole for after hours payments.  Driving Directions

You may also sign up for our ongoing Direct Payment Program by printing and signing this form. The total amount due for your water bills will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the 15th or 25th of the month. You will choose the date when you sign up for the program. If you are already signed up for this program you should not sign up for it again through Online BillPay.

OMWD accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for credit card payments. There is a $4.95 convenience fee associated with each credit card transaction. No part of this fee is retained by OMWD.
