Olivenhain Municipal Water District offers a comprehensive benefits package. OMWD pays 100 percent of the premium for employees’ and dependents’ dental and vision insurance. In addition, OMWD pays 100 percent of the premium for employees’ and dependents’ medical insurance under three medical plan options. Two medical plan options require a small employee contribution dependent upon coverage level.
OMWD also participates in the CalPERS retirement program in addition to life insurance, short-term, and long-term disability programs. Other benefits include paid vacation, holidays, floating holidays and sick days.
