A non-refundable fee of $25 to establish new service will be charged on the first bill statement. Tenants must pay a deposit of $200 to establish service. The deposit will be charged in installments of $50 on the first four bill statements. The deposit will be applied to the closing bill and overpayments will be refunded at that time.
