Thank you for completing your stop service request online. A Customer Service Representative may contact you if any additional information is needed to complete your request. Please note that property owners are notified as a courtesy when tenants close their water account. A final meter read will be taken on the day your account closes, and a final bill will typically be issued within three business days. Any deposit on the account will be applied to the final bill, and OMWD will mail to the forwarding address a refund check for credits of two dollars or more. Payment of the final bill is due within 25 days, and OMWD will attempt to contact accountholders with past due balances before sending delinquent accounts to collections.
