Olivenhain Municipal Water District customers may pay their bill in a variety of ways listed below.
To avoid late fees and save time, our free online payment and billing system is available by clicking the button below. Online payments not made through OMWD’s online billing system are subject to delay and are used at the customer’s own risk. Customers can view their account balance, access electronic billing statements, make one-time payments, or sign up for AutoPay.

Pay In Person or Drop Box
For your convenience, OMWD offers an in-person payment location open to the public, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Only cash/check payments are accepted at OMWD’s lobby.
We also offer a drive-up drop box available at the center of OMWD’s roundabout, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please don’t drop cash payments in the drop box.

Pay By Mail
You can mail your payment and bill stub in the envelope provided with your billing statement.
Allow five business days for delivery. Be sure to write your account number on checks or money orders.
OMWD will return all post-dated or unsigned checks to customers and penalties may result.
